We sell digital products and services, including:
All purchases are processed by Polar Software, Inc., who acts as the Merchant of Record. Polar handles billing, payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf. Their terms also apply to your purchase and can be found at polar.sh/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a single-user, non-transferable license to use that product for your own business or personal use. Some of our products ship as source code and are designed to be customized. You may freely modify the source for your own use and ask AI tools like Claude Code to help you do so.

The license is perpetual unless otherwise stated at the point of sale. You receive the version current at the time of purchase. Future updates may be free or paid at our discretion.
Digital products are delivered electronically, either via email or through a download link, immediately or within 24 hours of successful payment. Setup and install services are scheduled by mutual agreement after purchase.

Our products are provided "as is." While we do our best to ensure they work as described, we cannot guarantee they will meet every specific business need or be free from all bugs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Hungarian or EU law.

All content on theignitingstudio.com, including our products, branding, written content, and templates, remains the intellectual property of Vatai-Gáspár Kata e.v. unless explicitly stated otherwise. Your purchase grants you a license to use, not ownership of, the product.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of our products and services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hungary, except where EU consumer law gives you a right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
