From download to your first carousel, four steps.

    Unzip and open start-here.html

    Polar just sent you a receipt with your download link. Unzip carousel-generator.zip and open start-here.html in any browser. It picks the right setup path for whichever Claude you use.

    Upload the skill to Claude

    On Claude.ai or Cowork: Customize › Skills › Upload › carousel-generator-skill.zip. On Claude Code: drop the carousel-generator/ folder into .claude/skills/. Two minutes either way.

    Drop in 5 to 10 inspiration carousels

    Open a fresh chat and type Run carousel-generator. The skill asks for 5 to 10 carousels you admire. Save them as PNGs (one per slide or one stacked per carousel) into an inspiration/ folder it tells you to create. The skill analyzes them once with vision and saves your style fingerprint. You never have to upload inspiration again after this.

    Generate your first carousel

    Answer four quick questions: topic, format, platform, mode. The skill writes every slide, the caption, and the production file matched to your fingerprint. Mode A is a branded HTML you open in your browser and click Save PNG. Mode B is a per-slide ChatGPT prompt you paste to generate each slide as an image.

    Can't find the email?

    Log in to your Polar customer portal with the same email you used at checkout. Your purchase and the download link are both there. Open the Polar portal.
