This is not a theory post. This is a description of how The Igniting Studio actually operates today, what AI handles, what a human still does, and why we made those choices.

We are a small marketing studio managing content production and strategy for several clients at a time. A year ago, the execution side of that was taking most of the working week. Now it takes a fraction of that.

The Monday automation

Every Monday morning, an agent runs automatically. It checks how many short-form videos went out across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube in the previous seven days. It pulls what is currently trending in the Claude Code and AI marketing space. It generates seven LinkedIn posts and seven blog posts for the coming week and schedules all of them through our publishing tools. This used to take most of Monday. Now it runs while we are making coffee.

The client content cycle

For each client, there is a brand document in the project folder holding everything: the voice rules, the audience profile, the hashtag style, the content pillars, the banned phrases, the approved examples. The workflow for a typical client content week is: pull the video transcript, run the caption skill, review the five options, pick the best two, make any edits, push to the publishing queue. What used to take two hours per client now takes about 30 minutes.

The research stack

Competitor research used to be the most time-consuming part of onboarding a new client. The competitor audit skill does this in under 30 minutes. It pulls posts using Apify, runs them through a 24-section analysis, and produces a structured report covering positioning, hook patterns, offer ladder, channel gaps, and strategic openings.

What still requires a human

Strategy, client relationships, onboarding calls, discovery sessions, and creative direction all stay human. Quality control: we read every piece of content before it goes out because sometimes AI gets things subtly wrong in ways that matter.

The economics of this model

Our AI stack costs under 00 a month. Claude Pro (0), Apify (~0), and our publishing tool. For that cost, we handle what used to require either a larger team or an unsustainable number of working hours from a smaller one.
